What residential carpentry jobs does MEL ONE do in Adelaide?

We repair timber doors, windows, trim, cabinets and outdoor timber, and provide fitted joinery and renovation carpentry. Send one item or a short repair list with your location. We discuss grouping tasks, materials and any assessment or minimum-work charges before booking. Engineering, pest treatment and other specialist work have separately confirmed providers and responsibilities.

Which Adelaide areas do you service?

We take Adelaide enquiries, including Adelaide CBD, East End, West End, North Terrace and Riverbank, and North Adelaide. Send your suburb or site location and the work required so we can confirm availability, access and the attending team. How can I check who is authorised for my building work?

Before accepting a building-work quote, confirm the legal contracting entity, licence number, permitted work and responsible supervisor for that scope. Check the details through Consumer and Business Services and ask how specialist work will be contracted. Do you work with builders?

Yes. We discuss defined carpentry and joinery packages with builders. Send the build stage, available drawings, supply responsibilities, access and proposed sequence. Before booking, we agree the contracting party, timber scope, trade interfaces and who arranges inspections or design clarification.

What does custom cabinetry cost?

We price cabinetry from the measured layout, cabinet and door materials, finish, fittings, hardware, removal and installation access. Our written quote records the agreed cabinet work and selections, and identifies benchtops, appliance connections, plumbing, electrical work and finishing as included or separately arranged. A cabinet price covers the stated work rather than a complete kitchen renovation.

How is decking priced?

We assess whether you need a new deck, local repairs or restoration, then price the agreed area, timber, finish, supports, access and removal. The quote identifies the materials and labour for that scope, with engineering, approvals and adjoining drainage work separately assigned where required.
